*These classes are best suited for beginners, pregnant women who have not yet practiced with Lyndsay, or those unsure where to begin. 

 

ALL CLASSES ARE FOR ALL LEVELS - BEGINNER TO ADVANCED!

~If you are comfortable with working through/modfying through sun salutations (to include chatturanga dandasana), you can be confident in attending any class. If you aren't sure, a class suitable for beginners is better, but not required.
 

**In any given class, there may be a first-class-ever-beginner or a 20-year advanced practitioner in the room. Instructors are experienced, knowledgable and available to challenge the most advanced practitioner as well as work with brand-new beginners, giving everyone personal instruction and a methodical direction in their practices.
